Breathwork
Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to support your overall well-being. It’s a powerful tool for managing anxiety, enhancing focus, improving sports performance, and even assisting with pain management. Functional breath sessions are tailored to your needs, incorporating specific techniques and breath training to help optimise your breathing patterns, bringing balance to your body and mind.
For those seeking deeper exploration, Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) offers a profound experience of self-discovery. This practice allows you to connect with your higher self and access the innate wisdom that lies beneath the layers of conditioning and life’s experiences.
Whether you’re looking for practical tools to improve your everyday life or a journey of inner connection, breathwork creates a supportive space for healing and growth.
Soul Centred Hypnotic Healing
Hypnotherapy involves deep relaxation of both the body and mind, utilising visualisation techniques to guide you into the Theta brainwave state essential for accessing past life memories.
During hypnotherapy, the brain transitions through Alpha to Theta, facilitating past life exploration.
The brainwave states are as follows:
- Beta: Fully conscious and alert.
- Alpha: Relaxed mind, slightly active body, often experienced during routine activities.
- Theta: Deep relaxation, where images and thoughts become vivid.
- Delta: Asleep.
In a session, the goal is to guide your brainwaves from upper Alpha to lower Alpha and then into Theta.

Reiki Treatment
Reiki, pronounced "Ray-key," is derived from two Japanese words: "Rei" (spiritually guided) and "Ki" (life energy), meaning spiritually guided universal life energy. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces pain, and enhances overall well-being.
As a form of spiritual healing, Reiki harmonises the body, mind, and spirit by channeling universal life energy from the practitioner to the recipient. It can help alleviate a variety of conditions, including stress, pain, headaches, digestive issues, respiratory problems, menstrual discomfort, sinus issues, and anxiety. While Reiki can support healing, it is not a substitute for medical treatment but rather a complementary approach to maintaining health.
Reiki is accessible to everyone, regardless of belief systems. The first step towards benefiting from Reiki, as with any healing practice, is the willingness to embrace the healing process.
