Pauline Leppan discovered yoga while traveling through India in 2003. She has been teaching yoga in Hermanus for the last 17 years.
Pauline draws on her Iyengar and Mysore training to deliver a class that is concise and heartfelt.
Yoga is an endless journey of discovery. In her classes, students are encouraged to explore their bodies, hearts and minds with curiosity and kindness.
