
As the stillness of winter wraps around us, we invite you into a sanctuary of softness and slow, intentional rest.
Join us for a soul-nourishing evening designed to gently restore body, mind, and spirit. We’ll begin by arriving into presence through breath — grounding and connecting with the body before easing into a series of deeply supported restorative yoga poses. Each posture is held in stillness for several minutes, offering the body a chance to release tension, rebalance the nervous system, and settle into a healing parasympathetic state.
As you rest in these postures, you’ll be bathed in the gentle resonance of sound frequencies. Warda will weave live soundscapes throughout the session using instruments carefully chosen for their calming and harmonising effects — an added layer of vibrational medicine to support your cocooning.
In the final portion of the evening, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (or “yogic sleep”) — a practice that invites you into the liminal space between waking and dreaming. This guided journey allows the subconscious to soften, the body to fully rest, and deeper layers of awareness and healing to emerge.
With candlelight flickering and the fireplace glowing, you are invited to slow down, to be held, and to remember your wholeness.
