Join us for an enriching workshop on Facial Yoga, Gua Sha and Facial Rolling, designed to unlock the secrets to a youthful, radiant complexion. We’ll begin with a guided meditation featuring sound healing, allowing you to relax and connect with yourself deeply.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn facial yoga & discover the ancient art of Gua Sha using different techniques to:

- Boost lymphatic drainage
- Reduce puffiness and inflammation
- Get to know your skin
As a special gift, each participant will receive a Gua Sha stone and a facial roller to continue your practice at home.
You’ll also create a personalised facial oil tailored to your skin’s needs, giving you the tools for a nourishing self-care routine.
