This circle is a space to pause.
To set down the weight of the day.
To come home to yourself, one breath at a time.

Each Tuesday evening, we begin gently — moving the body just enough to soften tension and create space inside. We turn inward, listening to the natural rhythm of our breath, and explore a guided breathing practice designed to support calm, clarity, and resilience.

You’ll leave with more than a moment of peace — you’ll take with you practical tools to regulate your nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen your connection to the body that carries you.

All ages and all levels of experience is welcome. No pressure. No performance. Just breath, presence, and the quiet knowing that you are supported here.
